Kudos to all the people that can manage to keep the
Salt Water Flush down when they start the Master Cleanse.
This morning I was one of the people that couldn't!
So I'm going to be drinking the Smooth Move Herbal
Laxative Tea Morning & Night.
The Good News is the Master Cleanse Lemonade is delicious! :-)

UPDATE: I've stayed busy today doing laundry and housework,
blogging,emails, chatting to a good friend of mine, talking
on the phone,and now I'm fixing to watch the movie
Raw For Life that a friend let me borrow. My fiance is eating
upstairs while I type this. Isn't that thoughtful of him. :-)
I'm doing good for Day 1...I've been delighted today as I touched base with
friends. Some of them even gave me some lovely comments when they seen my picture for the first time. It must be the fact that I'm Raw & Glowing, Ya'll! :-)
