I skipped a few days from blogging.
I was definitely not feeling well at all.
I lost 22 lbs this month from this experience.
I did the unthinkable and drank/ate non raw items
such as Popsicles and Gatorade.
I could barely drink sips of water and eat ice chips.
I felt so weak and lethargic I had to do something.
There's no way that I could drink freshly squeezed OJ or tea.
Then I read online that Storm told Jinjee to eat some
cooked rice to slow down her detox symptoms. So you guessed
it my first bite of food was cooked rice and it actually
stayed down. So I've been eating a little of this everyday.
I'm not beating myself up about it either because I have
changed my eating habits drastically over the past year.
It's resulted in clearer skin, more energy, and losing
81 pounds! :-)
I still can't believe that I only have to lose 33 lbs to
get to my goal weight. I never would have believed this
a year ago.
I had never done anything like this in my entire life.
Honestly if I had went through major detox when starting
Raw I doubt I would have been 100% for so long.
