Day 7

It's that time again! :-)
I lost another lb,but
more importantly I'm feeling so blessed and full of gratitude
to be in this body having this experience with all of you.

Tonight I attended a New Moon Drumming Circle. I played a
drum and shook a rattle made out of a turtle shell. I had
a wonderful time. I always enjoy singing Native Prayers
from my soul's remembrance. The energy was very healing
for me and all in attendance. We shared our intentions out loud.

My intentions were to:
Live in the moment embracing NOW
Live from my Authentic Self and from this place give others
the courage to do so.
Extend Love to All even those that I don't know
in a physical sense from this place I will heal and allow
others to heal also.

The drumming was very nice and things got heated up as Spirit
tends to do. They had a potluck and I brought plenty of lemonade
and water to sip on. It's 9:30 and I'm very relaxed and ready for
bed. So I'm signing off Now! :-)
